Master Program "Leadership and Management"

From 2025 UDG offers a master’s program in Leadership and Management. Advanced knowledge for managers, business people and leaders, qualified teaching staff, modern learning methods and expertise in training and shaping tomorrow’s leaders.

Keeping in mind the specificity of the higher educational institution as a theological and evangelical community, the Leadership and Management program is also designed to prepare students to work in evangelical communities and on the mission field, as well as in various church projects.

The objectives of the study program, including their conformability to the mission of the university

The mission of DIVITIATIA GRATIAE University is to form leaders for Christian ministry, to train and support leaders for the ministry of Christ’s Church. The University trains pastors, evangelists, missionaries, business people, managers, and social workers for ministry in the Republic of Moldova, Eastern European countries, and Central Asia, peoples who differ culturally, by national traditions and religions.
In accordance with the mission, strategic objectives and institutional regulations of UDG, the Leadership and Management program is oriented towards generating the necessary knowledge and skills, respecting the institutional traditions, promoting scientific and Christian, national and universal cultural values.

The overall objective of the Leadership and Management degree program is to equip managers, business people and ministers with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully lead businesses and organizations in business, non-profit organizations, public institutions and churches. The program is also designed to prepare students to demonstrate the influence of the Gospel in the workplace through biblical teaching, professional knowledge and technical management skills.

Knowledge, skills and competences acquired by graduates:

  • Application of Christian ethics in personal, professional, community and church life in the context of contemporary challenges.
  • The ability to work effectively in teams and build strong interpersonal relationships for high performance and Christian missional impact.
  • Development of appropriate organizational strategies through the use of economic mechanisms and concepts, as well as servant and transformational leadership qualities.
  • Identify ethical principles and norms, professional and biblical conduct in interactions with employees, partners, authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and use advanced managerial tools and innovative approaches to streamline the work of the organization or mission projects.
  • Plan and implement projects with a high degree of complexity, in teams, in accordance with established requirements.
  • Analyze operational activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and optimize the organization’s internal processes.
  • Carrying out financial analysis and identifying the most appropriate methods of managing financial resources within projects, enterprises, missions or churches.
