Preachers' Equipping Program

From biblical foundations to the pulpit — a two-year diploma for church preachers.

Moldova’s evangelical churches need trained, biblically grounded preachers. The Preachers’ Equipping Program (PEP) is a two-year, part-time diploma that meets that need — equipping active church workers with solid theology, hermeneutical skill, and practical preaching ability, without requiring them to leave their ministry or community.

The programme runs in eight intensive one-week modules per year, making it accessible to pastors, deacons, and church leaders serving in towns and rural regions across Moldova and beyond. It is delivered jointly by UDG faculty and experienced guest pastors, in Romanian and Russian.

This is the only ECTE-accredited preaching programme at Level 5 in the Republic of Moldova.
